REFUNDS
Exchanges are not accepted and refunds will only be given if there is fault with the product. 
Refunds and exchanges will not be given due to change of mind or incorrect choice
No refunds or reissue of orders given if item is damaged or lost during shipping.

CANCELLATIONS 
Please choose carefully as cancellation of orders are not accepted as items are made to order and may have been started already.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Processing times are set at 3 - 7 business days for everything in the shop except travelers notebook.  Busier periods maybe closer to 1-2 weeks. This information will be updated here if there are any future changes. 

For all travelers notebook (except the ready to ship ones), proccessing time may varie between 10 days and up to 30 days depending it is a busier period or not.


International shipping usually takes between 7 - 21 business days but please keep in mind if customs take a peek, it can be longer. Delivery rarely can take 30+ days. 

We do not offer refunds or reissue of orders if the parcel is damaged or lost during shipping. For peace of mind postage with DHL is an option and recommended.
