We have previously accepted customers changing aspects of their orders before we dispatched. Due to some customers taking advantage of this and to make it fair for all customers and our team.
We will no longer offer this free of change. Customers are still welcome to request to change aspects of their order - however this will incur a surcharge and possible extension to their processing time. On occasion this may not be at all possible, depending on the leather stock and other outstanding orders.
Please request any changes by emailing email@example.com along with your order number and date of purchase. Further instructions will be provided from there.
