If you believe an item in your order has an error or defect, please contact us at nayapaperie@gmail.com within in 5 days of receiving your package

We reserve the right to make replacement decisions on a case by case basis.

Items returned due to an exchange or a defect are at the customer charge and must be unused. Please ship the items back in a similar envelope or box as it was received in, including all of the original packaging and ship with a traceable service. 

This step ensures that your claim will be processed and that the item won't be damaged during the transit back to us. If you email us at  nayapaperie@gmail.com with tracking, we will watch for it on our end as well.

Once we receive the item, we will either issue a refund (there will be a 20% restocking fee for each made to order item) or give a coupon code of the full value of the item returned.

DEFECTS ARE NOT: hide variations, color differences, branding, differentiation in finishing and leather blemishes are not considered defects.

Leather is very FRAGILE and we cannot be held responsible for wear and tear. Leather is subject to mark, patina and build character all based on how you use it. This character growth can be reduced by using a suitable leather protector and storing in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Consider using a planner pouch for daily storage and transportation.
