Please be aware: the current production time for custom items is 6/7 working weeks. This begins once the custom is paid in full.

All Naya Paperie customs are currently expected to take 8 weeks of processing time. Each custom planner is made from scratch and often require a prototype to assure functionality. Whilst we will always do our best to meet the customers requirements. At times this can impact on the functionality of the planner. In cases such as this, reasonable adjustments should be expected by customers. We will send approval pictures to customers before shipping. This is your opportunity to say if you are not happy with how the planner looks in real life. If at this stage you change your mind and choose to not have the planner shipped - we will refund your purchase minus a 20% surcharge. A 20% surcharge will be deductible from your refund for time and work already put in. We pay our workers a fair and competitive rate, so offering full refunds for customers who change their minds is not ethical.
