You can expect an initial response to your email, within 4 working days. Although please be mindful of time differences along with weekends & holidays periods.
In your email please include your order number/s, along with the date or purchase.
Please do not message us for updates on your orders until the entire processing time is complete. If your order has marked as shipped please be patient and allow between 7-10 working days for a tracking number to arrive. Once the package has been shipped it is out of our control, we cannot provide you with any further information than you’ve been given.
Repeated messaging, along with messaging on other platforms (aside from email) is unacceptable. Customer queries are handled in the order they are received and/or order of urgency.
