*Processing times are set at 3 - 7 business days for everything in the shop except travelers notebook. Busier periods maybe closer to 1-2 weeks.*

Some details about the A6 hybrid !
This A6 is sized as an A6 rings but with 6 strings and same pockets configuration as an A6 ring.
You can fit a lot in it !! I added the option on the website on each nayadori listing so for example if you want one in the blush pink leather, then you will have to go on that specific listing and you will find this size.
Please note that it is not sold with rings, you can add a mechanism if you want too.

We are not able to combine shipping on any orders.
The buyer is responsible for shipping.
If you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, we will not refund the purchase price.
If you choose a shipping method that does include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, please take your tracking number and printed receipt to your local post office and file a claim. We do not file claims on your behalf (there are special situations where Naya Paperie will need to contact the courier. Please let us know if you need assistance).
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
International orders may incur additional fees depending on your customs office. These fees are your responsibility to pay. Should you reject your package because you do not wish to pay these fees, you will not be refunded If the package is returned to us and you change your mind and wish to have us send the package again, you will need to pay the additional shipping fee to do so.
If your country has an import limit and will not deliver the package because you have exceeded the import limit, we will request to have the package mailed back to us and any fees that are incurred during this process will be deducted from the refund. The refund will not take place until the item/'s are returned to us. This has been shown to take an undetermined amount of time, entirely dictated by the country holding the import limitation.
The shipping method does not reflect the production time for the item ordered, and we do not currently offer an option for expedited production. Your item will be shipped via your selected shipping method once all items in the order are complete. Naya Paperie has teamed up with Kara Silvernail from My Naturally Random Life to make a new “domestic” shipping option available. This will cut down your shipping costs to only $9.00! This option can be used for all stationery items, small leather accessories, and orders containing up to three TNs.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you cancel your order within 24H hours of ordering, we will gladly issue a full refund.
Once your item is shipped refunds are not an option, however, we are very happy to exchange the item for something of equal value if applicable.
If you should reject delivery, a refund will not be issued.
Exchanges can be made if your order is a non-sale or non-customized purchase and has not been used or altered. There will be a 20% restocking fee for each item that is exchanged. This fee will be charged when we receive the exchange item(s) in the mail.
- We cannot exchange used items, sale purchases, or customized items (all the items in the Nayadories TN section as they are all made to order on each buyer specifications)
Exchanges must be done within 5 days of receipt, no exceptions.
What has been paid towards the original item(s) will be given in coupon form, after the restocking fee has been deducted.
A coupon code of the remaining total (after the 20% fee has been deducted) will be issued to you upon reception of your returned order. Please note: the restocking fee is taken off the item(s) total, shipping fees are not included and will not be refunded.
For example, if the item you wish to exchange totaled $49.99, after 20% restocking fee is deducted, you will be given a Store Coupon Code for $40 with a minimum purchase value of $40. The Coupon will be issued (after the restocking fee has been deducted) at the time the exchange is received in the mail.
The only things we do not exchange are SALE items and notebooks that have been personalized
All the other items on the shop like washis, dashboards, stickers... are final sale.
Errors or Defects:
If an item in your order has an error or defect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away. Due to the fragility of leather goods, we may not replace items with errors that are reported after 30 days. We reserve the right to make replacement decisions on a case by case basis.
Items returned due to an exchange or a defect are at the customer charge and must be unused, and if they arrive in plastic packaging they must remain in that packaging. Please ship back the item in a similar envelope or box as it was received in, and ship with tracking. This step ensures that your refund will be processed and that the item won't be damaged during the transit back to us. If you email us at email@example.com with tracking, we will watch for it on our end as well!
DEFECTS ARE NOT: hide variations or color differences, branding, leather blemishes are not defects.
A defect will be in construction like stitching coming undone.
Leather is very FRAGILE I am not responsible for wear and tear and chemical damage to the leather covers. Please use a pouch or some other type of protections for your covers.
